Worse customer service ever

I just had a horrible experience at KFC soneike, Kuilsriver, I pulled up to the drive thru which one of the people demanded I park and walk in, I parked my car, tried to adjust my daughter's mask which then broke, we walk in, the lady came over and sanitized our hands which she then mumbled something under her mask, Im confused and can't hear what she's saying, she then points out that we have to leave because my daughter is not wearing a face mask, I then explained to her that my daughters mask literally just broke, she points out again that we must leave and says we not allowed to be here, and shows me away out the door, I walked to my car feeling horrible, I can't believe this women just chased me out like that, I am offended and will never use your services again, this was the worse customer service I have ever encountered, I will never enjoy any of your meals for it will give me bad memories.
