Worse customer service ever

<p>I order 8 zinger wings today @ 15:31 at observetory KFC, i waited for 25 minutes up until i went to the counter and asked why is my order taking so long, i was told that my order wasn't on the system and they didn't bother to put my order on the system as they claim, i had to cancel my oder because they were not taking me serious, i am a very angry customer,and i wouldn't advise my friends to go buy food at observetory KFC there is no customer service at all,and worse part the manager didn't even bother to intervene.plz train your employees to treat customers with respect we are paying anyways,they need to have good customer service.</p>
