Worse customer service ever

I bought the 6 pce family treat Saturday by kfc waterfront they were very busy when I received my order there was supposed to be 2 mash and gravy coleslaw and chips with the order instead they gave me 3 mash and gravy no coleslaw when I asked the lady she then told me they ran out of coleslaw and they cashier was supposed to inform me when I paid which they didn't I told them I am unhappy cause I wanted coleslaw they then swap the 1 mash and gravy for chips and I left. When I got to my picnic spot I saw there is only 5 pieces of chicken instead of 6 I was to tired to drive all the way back😡they ran a special with the 5pce for R99 and I think they put by mistake that box instead of the 6pce which I paid for. The service at the kfc restaurants is pathetic everytime I go there I am left dissappointed and all the branches always don't have tomato sauce.
