Worse customer service

Today I went to kfc at jabulani mall. I got the worst service ever.as customers we queued in a very long queue and only one till was open.as a customer we were even standing on the rain.mind you they didn't even care.its funny that as customers we are not respected.and it's not the 1st time this happens jabulani only uses one till since last year.and today when I asked for the manager its seems as if they even the staff doesn't know who their manager is untill a guy with no name tag came and you could see he doesn't know anything about his company and I don't this that guy was their manager. My question is as a customers of kfc supposed to support this restaurant where we are not respected. Honestly I will never ever gonna support this restaurant not even my family coz they have no respect for their customers.
