Worms in chicken

On 28th December 2021, I order a meal online. It arrived, we had a few pieces . the following morning as per usual, I took two pieces out, I always have it cold if it sleeps over. as I was busy eating, I looked at the meat and noticed there was movement on it. I took a closer look and I had never seen so many worms, under all the meat close to the bones. I mailed the customer care and I still have not had anything back, not even an apology. so I wonder how many times we have been eating this kind of food.
