World's Poorest Stinking Customer Service Ever

Hi <br> <br> <br> I was at KFC at Cliff Ave in Waterkloof, waited and waited for 23 minutes to buy with just two people in front of me while the lady (Keabetswe) was busy flirting with a guy from the local BP Waterkloof Fuel Station (Themba-As per his name tag) while I and the other guy waited to be served after they finished flirting with each other. <br> <br> The manager (Phumedzo) entertained the flirty conversations of her worker and this Themba while we waited. I'm not sure if KFC practices Customer Service or not but to wait in a cue for so long waiting for your employee to finish flirting before we could get assistance. <br> <br> <br> What I hated most is that she did not even notice there are customers waiting to be served, she just continued flirting like it's just the two of them in the store While Phumedzo entertained it and said nothing about customers waiting in cue. <br> <br> She calls Phumedzo to come do a (Reversal of purchase) and Phumedzo takes 5 minutes to come assist while he is sitting and eating at the back, all the time the cue is not moving with the two love birds in front of us and the manager who doesn't want to come and unlock the cashier machine for reversal. <br> <br> <br> What kind of service is that?
