workers sleeping on duty

I was at you shop this morning at 5:00 because the adds outside says that you are open 24 hours. I whent to the first board of selection and proceded to the order window, no answer at all the windows the last window somebody answerd the call eventually. You could see the person was still asleep and she said no food was ready. So... Where is the breakfast that supose to be ready? I think this is unprofesional of kfc: bad advertising and staff sleeping on duty.
