Wonders never cease at KFC Selcourt

Wonders never cease to amaze me at KFC Selcourt. I just heard about nuggets on YFM and wanted to try them out and luckily I just got off the Highway as I'm from work. I get to the drive thru to order and the cashier had just stood up and I saw her walk away thinking she (named Lerato by the manager Desmond) would be back in an instant.

Yes I understand as humans we may need to stretch our legs and use the bathroom, but to wait at her drive thru window for 5 minutes while other staff members walk on by watch you wait and not even have the common decency to call for back up or reassure me the customer that I will be attended shortly. They just went on while seeing me wait for help, I dont know maybe I was suppos to scream for help, or hoot I dont know.

Thank you to the manager who gave me the name of the cashier and was willing to help. I hope he will call his staff members to order, as its Friday, 5 minutes before 5 pm and rush hour is about to commence for the drive thru window to be left unattended.

Do better KFC Selcourt, do better and treat customers right.
