Won't buy from kfc again

Over the last 3 months I've bought kfc almost every day and the experiences just keep getting worse! I'm on the road all the time and don't have time to stop and kfc has been my choice but there is general bad service across all branches. Waiting at a drive through for half an hour, with 2 cars in it is just not acceptable, in my work i get paid per hour and I expect people to respect my time because if it takes long I'm loosing money and when I complain to the person serving me they laugh and think it's a joke! It is not funny and highly irritating and shows a complete disregard for your customer. Getting asked to go park and wait for my food?(Midrand) This is supposed to be fast food from when I've paid to when I get served I should be the only customer that counts, not asking me to move to help someone else. Getting reheated old food, it tastes horrible(Marlborough drive)! Having to ask 3 times for extra sauce and still not getting it And the worst of all was last night, again, kept waiting for 40 minutes in the drive through with 3 cars, asked for extra sauce maybe 4 or 5 times and still never got it and I found 2 hairs in my food. This was now enough to put me off!
