Win 1 Million dream Home or 50 000 does not work

Good day<br> <br> I purchased KFC today and wanted to enter the competition. When I followed the instructions on the slip nothing happened. I tried a different phone on a different service provider and still nothing happened. I then went to the KFC website to find the instructions and saw that the instructions were different to those on the slip. on the slip its 120*532*UNIQUENUMBER on the website its *120*532#UNIQUENUMBER. I don't understand why the instructions would differ but regardless of that I tried it with the instructions from the website but on both phones with different service providers I could still not enter the competition. I can't possibly think that I am the only one that hasn't managed to enter the competition. I tried to complete the survey but it kept saying your session has timed out. All I wanted was to enter the competition.
