Will never recomend KFC

After sitting an hour in the drive through we decided to buy inside, I went inside to order while my wife waited to get out of the drive through line to park the car. She came inside wanting to use the toilet, so the security told her it's closed and wont unlock it for her. I couldnt believe it, after about 10minutes he unlocked the toilet for someone else. So I asked to speak to the manager and the staff working there told me the manager is in the toilet laughing at me and my wife. I requested again that I want to speak to the manager and they said the manager is busy. I said I wil wait but then they said the manager wont see me. So I think from the looks of everything there wasnt even a manager at the branch. The funny thing they advertise it as a 24hr Kfc but they told me they are closing soon thats why my wife \as a customer"are not allowed to use the toilet. """
