Wicode not working, called and no reply

Got a wi code for a KFC voucher of R150 Went to buy lunch and the lady at the counter tells me the voucher is invalid. There after I called your customer care service whom told me that IT will call me back.

That happened a few days ago and I'm still waiting for that call back.
