WI CODE

I went to kfc on numerous occasion with a wi code voucher that I received and the code worked, however yesterday 26 November 2019 the staff and supervisor at kfc bellville voortrekker road was not very helpful. I had a R50 wi code voucher and wanted to purchase a meal. They staff member said the system if showing an error and it cant go through on the system. This was quite embarrassing as kfc was full and the service was also very slow. I am very disappointed that kfc would employ staff that wont go out of their way to assist the customer and just show them away. I also work in a customer service environment which we as a institution uphold. I would suggest that the problem gets sorted out and that kfc employs better staff.
