Why must we wait 20 minutes in thru, whilst employees sort out their differences?

KFC, The Grove Nelspruit. I had to wait more than 20 minutes in drive thru and when I got to the payment window, I heard a huge quarrel going on in the shop, waited again after paying and saw a group of employees walking to the parking lot for their lunch. I don't know what the argument amongst the staff. I guess they were fighting about lunch but atleast keep the queue moving. I was really ****ed.
