Why must made to feel like we buying left overs when buying food /take aways in Soweto Franchises

I'm very disappointed with the condition of food sold to us in Soweto Franchises. I always try and avoid buying there hence I've noticed the level of service and food is never the same. When you buy food from the South or the North the food is different ,the quality and size of food is not the same, yet we pay the same amount. Bought 3 pieces of chicken and zinger wings for R80 yesterday at Protea North complex at about 22:15 and meat looked left overs. I want to know why must we buy take aways at the South or North not Soweto yet the stores are available there for us to buy ?????
