why is KFC kensington sucking

I don't know why there's always issues with Kensington branch and uber eats.. Why cant people follow special instructions. What are special instructions for if no one reads them if it was an allergy to something and it needed to be left off i could have died what the is wrong with KFC staff? Evening going to the store and buying at the store is an issue .. I've never had issues at other KFC stores..
