Why do I pumish myself?

I have tried KFC Customer Care. I have tried calling the posted manager. I've tried brushing it under the carpet and trying again. Not only does it never get better, it actually gets worse. 40 minute wait for fast food takeaway. Sometimes a busy queue, sometimes nobody else around, but every time they have to put chicken in the fryers to complete a 3 piece order.
