WHY?

This is by far one of the worst Kentuckys. Tried to purchase the masala crunch yesterday.. the drive through lady says theres nothing, i asked 3 times why they never have that option she says they dont make it yet colleagues of mine purchased there prior..when i informed her of this she walked away and left someone else to tend to me. last minute switch to the all star box.. the chips are horrible and the wings as delicious as they were .. were sooo tiny and that im not exaggerating with.. when is KFC going to get a decent chip? its the worst fast food chip across the board.. it always makes its way directly to the bin... something to think about KFC!
