Why 24 hours if no one cares

<p>This evening i went to kentucky at Glenfair, i work evenings so its convenient to get some food after i have worked, i was at KFC Glenfair at about 23:30, obviously it was the drive through because the store is closed, when i got to the speaker box i waited 10Mins before a lady told me to please drive forward, so i did this and stopped at the next window, only to sit there and stare at NOTHING, i cannot understand how you can have such a successful fast food enterprise and have such HORRIBLE franchise, i mean when are you going to do something about a branch that stains your name so badly. Are you not proud, do you not as a world renown company have certain levels of service that MUST be adhered to. Im mean seriously, make changes, ypu are losing so much revenue because of HORRIBLE service.</p>
