white fluff / spider web chicken

I ordered KFC with Uber Eats. The chicken looked like it had either thin white fluff / spider webs on it. I took pictures and unfortunately cannot post it. It had white spots all over. Not sure if this fell way underneath where spiders made a nest or someone lost a wig in there and just couldn't care less!! I have a good mind to send a health inspector in there
