where's my meat

I went to a kfc near wynberg Sandton, I am not sure of the arear. I bought a twister and streetwise pap collected my order leaving the slip behind only to find out there was not even one piece of meat just pap. I can't even go back cause of the slip. How do yol guys prepare food then forget the main ingredience ? Kfc always disapoints me and I keep supporting it.
