WHERE IS MY ORDER?????

How the HELL do you employ delivery staff that ***** peoples PAID orders??? i am LIVID...I don't enjoy being made a fool of . All you get is a .."we sorry" but no further explanation. I'm inconvenienced and out of pocket now, and i would like a better explanation than "we must apologize. This is NOT okay.
