When will you get it right?

A year ago I had a complaint about your service. Received a mail from manager that I can get the same order free, but never collected because I was disgusted with the food and the service received. So, after a year I decided this morning to try your branch again. The lady was very friendly, however, i ordered the zinger strips meal and was asked which dip i wanted. I told her, got my food and left in a hurry as i had 10 minutes left to get to work. So, I get to work and no dip. Why do they ask you what dip you want if they have no intention on giving you the dip. C'mon guys, is this really the service that you give daily, weekly, monthly, annually? I work just next your store, but we drive out to other stores when we want KFC for lunch, because of this pathetic service.
