When u think u doing me a favour

I am sick and tired of KFC Newlands East, today is the last straw which brings me to this point, it is Sunday 30 may, I want to order a meal for my family, I called the store, the lady tells me she will give me the number to call, so I am punching the number in my phone she tells me to get a pen and paper, I ask her why, she said because she is speaking on the phone, I told her I don't have one and asked how is me punching in the number affecting her, she gets irate and puts the phone down on my ear, why must we go through this just to order a meal. Are we doing inanda/newlands kfc a favour by spending our money, I can't put my order through because I don't have a pen, u will loose money and customers because of the ******* u high that don't have customer service
