WHEN THE CLOSING MANAGER IS CONFUSED

on the 04.11.2015 at about 18:55 we went to the whitehouse kfc I placed my order with nomhle she was so so confused. I gave her my order but still she got it wrong I then told her again what I ordered. I then paid her she gave me my change and then she started looking at the receipt like confused. I was waiting while nomhle still looks at the receipt confused, I decided to leave she then says your order is ready pay the R40.00 and just take it she. I don't know why kfc hires people that are *********** and confused who don't know they job but are given the job, the young girl that was packing was much more efficient then nomhle , she should have been the manger and not the packer.<br> <br> <br> <br>
