Whatsapp ordering platform and pathetic service

KFC tried to make things convenient with the whatsapp order.

But taking away the online payment option from the platform was the worse idea ever. Because the whole purpose of ordering online is to skip queues an not not wait long. But eventide you get there you are told your order was not processed because wasn't paid.more than once I need to do a new order at the kiosk which defeats purpose of ordering online.

It has always been a pain to me. But today's inconvenience is the worst you get to a store they say they out of meat miraculously they give the worst pieces. I ordered dunked crunch master but I got a crunch master with a filled cut in half and it's hot so must have been a zinger something I don't eat hot food.

I appreciate the efforts but I paid for the food it wasn't even for free. So I would like what I ordered. If they can't provide then the order shouldn't be accepted.
