Whats the matter??????

Was in the drivethru almost a hour. They were pretty busy so I understand that. When we came to the window to order only then to find out that its only chicken. No fries No mash no burgers. Nowhere on a poster it states that its only chicken. There is big pictures of burgers that we can order yes but not allowed???
