What terrible and shocking service

<p>KFC Midrand Mall is new to our area so you would think the service and food is 100% but actually every time I have been there I have received terrible service even my family complain and today I was shocked I went to the drive through ordered Large pops with zinger spice I paid for it and then was told it will take 3 min can I please wait in front of the store and someone will bring it to me . After 10min of waiting I thought maybe just give them more time after 20min of waiting I then decided to go inside and ask them where my food was only then to find out that they had forgotten about me and my order and said I must wait they will start cooking it . How disgusting service is that they even gave me the wrong spice and they all just looked at me like I was crazy I will NEVER go back to them I'm even scared that I might get that service from other KFC branches </p>
