What service?

<p>About 2-3 weeks ago, I placed a delivery order with KFC, 1 hour later, still no delivery. So I phone the call centre, and they will find out what the problem is. 20 Min later still no reply, and I phone them again. Needless to say I wanted to cancel my order, but it eventualy arrived 2 hours later.<br /><br />Last night 16/05/2017 the same thing happens. This time I did cancel my order after I waited 1 hour and 30 min and the order was still not even on its way . This is pathetic. Don't think I will be supporting KFC anylonger.</p>
