What's happening to kfc

Got the worst service from this manager at kfc grassy park.... Who was rude and lazy. Upon arriving at kfc I ordered a zinger burger and colonel burger meal. I then paid for it and went to the collection window. As I got to the window. One of the servers told me that they don't have zinger burgers only colonel burgers. I then told him that they shouldn't take my order if they don't have stock. The minute I told him this. He then told me that if I'd like a zinger burger i could wait 7 minutes. Which meant that they were too lazy to fry me a new and fresh burger. I then realised that the manager was standing there. (Man in photo) I asked him what's his name and he **** to me saying it was \Gerald"I had realised that the server at the last windows name was Gerald too. And asked him what's his surname. He told me he doesn't have to give me his full name and I should just leave and what does he want me to do. As I received my colonel burger I checked my meal and realised that they had forgotten to give me half of my meal and complained again and said that the service is terrible..
