What's happening at this branch

I have been to this branch 5 times now and out of the 5 times I have had a horrible experience 4 times.<br> <br> 1) The first time I didn't get chips with my meal. <br> 2) The second time they closed the drive through because they didn'y have enough staff on duty<br> 3) Got there at 21:00 and they didn't have any chicken, had to decide between a twister or a zinger<br> 4) Ordered two doritos crunch burgers, when I got home, it was just the bun, with the doritos chips and sauce, no chicken on it. <br> <br> If I EVER return to this branch again, I will make sure that I check my food 100% before driving off rather than opening my bag at home just to see there's something wrong with my food. I really love KFC, but the service received at this branch is unacceptable. If it was once, I could still understand it's a mistake. But 4 times out of 5 and how on earth can you not have chicken, you might as well then just close your doors
