What poor service at KFC petro port

KFC petro port made us wait for our order for an hour and we had to even take it back cos we were too hungry to wait, on top of that the lady by the till came to us laughing saying we must wait for another 5 minutes on top of the hour we waited. Only one person at the till point, the same person packing the orders. I am very disappointed, that garage is supposed to be quick stop to buy on the go but what happened today was something else.
