What now???

I visited the specific shop and made use of the drive-through. My order was taken promptly, and I made it clear that 1 of the 3 burgers ordered should be without garnish. When my order was given to me, the lady told me that the 3 burgers was inside, all with no garnish. When I pointed them at the mistake, she just took the order back and rectified it. No excuse was offered. Part of my order was also for 2 snack burgers. Because I was on a time schedule, I decided to eat one of the snack burgers while driving. To my surprise, there was no fillet inside. and only the buns and sauce. I had to turn back and drive all the way back to the shop. Here is told the people I was angry, as this is now the second time it happened, as the previous time i was already to far out of town to turn back, and left the issue. I asked for the manager, and after she was called, let me waited before attending to me. She did not really seems willing to help, and just told me I must relax and calm down, and this made me more angry. When she asked me what must she do for me, I lost it. She llater brought a book, took all my detail, and promised that somebody will call me. It is one day later, still no call!!
