What is the Managers' duty?

So i stopped at Kfc hammanskraal at 19:48 pm on 17June 2019, at 20:02 i reach the intercom and order 10 zinder wings and was told there are no wings at all. Then i ordered the wrapsta box and told there are no fillets. Ordered a streetwise 2 with chips. Went on to pay and drove to the receiving window. Checked my order and i didnt have salt nor tomato sauce... waited to be noticed then was told even those have run out... drove away annoyed and as if it couldnt get worse, the wing in my street wise 2 meal have big bold fearthers. Really disappointing for an international franchise
