What has happened KFC?

We went to new KFC outlet and we were bitterly disappointed. 1) Asked for side dishes of mash and gravy and we were told they "DON'T MAKE IT HERE". 2) Wanted to pay by card, we were directed to the kiosk even though they had card machines on the counter - fortunately someone else was paying or I would have walked out as I wouldn't use the kiosk. 3) The food was disappointing. The tiny burgers were absolutely forgettable and the chicken was ... just chicken, like someone forgot the 11 herbs and spices. KFC is now officially off my list of foods I will buy in the future.
