What efficient service

Over the weekend, my husband and myself were on a road trip. On Friday on our way, we stopped at the KFC in New Caste (don't know if there is more than one). As we were walking to the door (we always go in, and never use the drive through) I noted a KFC employee with a tablet taking the people in the drive thru's orders... I thought this was an excellent thing. When we got inside, they were pretty busy. I thought to myself that I am wasting my time. But before long, we were in front and being served. As we waited for our food, I noted that they have a person responsible for ensuring that the orders that are completed are right and that they are completed as soon as possible. I looked at my husband and told him that the efficiency impressed me a lot. The food was quick, hot and the order was right.<br> On Monday on our way back, we stopped there again. They were not a busy as Friday but to my surprise, the food was again really quick and hot. <br> So to the manager of that branch. I take my hat off for what you have accomplished, as not many take away's in South Africa are as efficient as this one...<br> <br> Thank you
