What do you mean no Chicken

SO we stop at KFC last night half past 1 and try to order food. Just to have them tell us they only serve colonel burgers and streetwise burgers as the are not making chicken. I then called the manager and she just gave us customer supports number and then walked away. I mean if a place says 24hours they should serve food 24hours not just in day time. They had about 6 screen with food on and you could only order a burger? This is unacceptable and I hope KFC does something about this cause they have the worst 24hour service I have ever seen.
