What customer service?

First of all they got my order wrong and I don't normally complain so just decided to take it. Parked my car and started eating the chicken and saw plastic fried in the chicken skin. Contacted kfc complaints about 1week ago and have gotten nowhere. They asked for information I had already given them and are too lazy to look properly.pathetic
