What am I paying for?

Extremely disappointed!!! And angry. I spent extra money on extra items that were never put on the burgers! 5 burgers completely wrong. I purchased 2 zinger burger with extra zinger sauce and 3 snack burgers with cheese on each of them. Which I paid for! First of all it was a long work day and that was my first meal of the day in the afternoon after work and I had to be at a meeting after getting some take aways. First KFC Sasol Cradlestone didn't have a zinger fillet making us accept the normal fillet as we did not have time to wait. Secondly NO CHEESE ON ALL 3 SNACK Burgers, SQUISHED BURGERS!. NO EXTRA SAUCE ON BOTH ZINGER BURGERS! WHAT DID I PAY FOR?
