WHAT A STINKING ATTITUDE!!

KFC Randburg Square has some of the friendliest staff members but my visit to them today made me completely lose my apetite. I was served by a certain Thabang, who does not even greet before assisting you. You look hungrier than the customers you serve & the sour look on your face made you come across as horribly unfriendly. You assist as if you are FORCED & you have a stinking attitude when customers follow-up on their orders!! I don't appreciate being served as though you are doing me a favour of some sort because those very clients are the reason you get a salary at the end of the month!! Greet, smile & be a bit more polite! This coming from someone who ALSO works in customer care! Get it right or go home!!
