What a show

Gloria needs an award for the show she had today. I work in Randburg and when ever I don't have lunch the only place that comes to mind when I don't have lunch is a meal from KFC. I really need to get an alternative from today onward. For the assistant branch manager to have an argument with a customer and being all emotional and insulting a client in front of everyone in the store is a no no. working in an environment where I serve client every day , I just could not understand why work management do that. Screaming that she does not care if she will be reported or not but she is just tired of customers that work in a call centre and that they always complain. Randburg is a call centre community and most of the business is generated from people working in a call centre. <br> when she says she does not care that she will be reported what does this say to me a a client. clearly she has been reported before and nothing was done about her bad attitude.
