What a shame on you KFC. Bunch of ****mers!!!!!

Kfc is starting to become a ****. Ordered my food on Monday and got sms that order was delivered whilst i was at home and did not get my order or call from the driver. I immediately called they contact number and the agent told me once order is marked as delivered they cannot bring it back and that they would have to refund me.

What nonsense is this?? Is this a strategy to not sell the 50% special on Mondays? This is definitely the last of me at KFC, please refund my money as i don't want anything to do with a **** of a company.
