What a poor customer service!!!

I ordered KFC over the phone, I ordered 11 Streetwise Two's for my stuff. I further requested that they pack each streetwise 2 separately. And the lady I was talking to on the phone agreed.

When I arrived the packaging was not as we agreed. When I requested that pack it be separately as requested they refused. And the manager (or Supervisor dressed in grey) offered to give me their paper bags to pack myself.

What a poor service!!!
