What a load of ****.

So a couple of months ago I placed an order for delivery, I never got it delivered. After a long discussion I was told that the person taking my order did infact not complete the process and my order was never sent. I got a discount on my next order with delivery. Today I placed an order for delivery and what a surprise I got when told that there was nothing on my name about a discount. All different reasons for new systems and then that the address is not the same as the last time. I just find it really **** that I get given a discount for my next delivery and then all of a sudden there is no discount. How disappointing.
