What????

I pulled up to the drive thru at KFC Rockland mitchells plain and bought the breakfast wrap. I was asked if I wanted the combo with cappichino or just the wrap, to which I rep**** 2 combo and 3 without cuppachinno. When I get the receipt I saw the prices for the combo is exactly the same as the single wrap only. I asked why inside the branch and was told that it's combo which doesn't make sense, why wasn't I informed that the price was the same for both products as I thought the wrap only would be cheaper. On top of that I'm told that the transaction cannot be reversed as I made a card payment and if I want the 3 extra cuppachinno. This the worst service and response from the people working at this branch. Do u not train your people on how to give the customer proper info of the products?
