Went to KFC Watergate to purchase 9 piece

Went to KFC Watergate to purchase 9 piece. When I request for Pieces to be swap. The teller said its nit allowed and they give all the Pieces as they want. What amazes me is that when you go to other KFC's they do try to accommodate but either suggesting certain Pieces. But in that particular one, they just dismiss you. Whith the service of Abongile Manyakama and Phumla Skhosana. I am not happy at all. Where is the consistency with KFC. And funny enough the previous week I bought the 9 piece on the same store and gave the Pieces choice. And when I asked today, since when don't you guys do it, she told me it's always been like that. So KFC's has no consistency when it comes to service, you must cross fingers when going to their stores, more especially this one in Watergate.
