Went to bed hungry with my kids and money not refunded to my account

Horrible customer service. Waited 3hours after ordering only to be told that my order had failed. The agents not sympathetic and all sharing different stories. My kids went to bed hungry last night because my money was not refunded to me and couldn't order more food and that was my last money. They say they provide hope for children but I was inconvenienced last night which made me wonder if they really provide hope to children if they can be so ******** of a customer. The App hardly works. Horrible service.
