Went KFC Adderle to buy 21 piece bucket at 16h30 and advised them I'll come collect it at 16h45-16h50. They asked if they can pack it and said yes as I didn't wanna wait upon collection. Went back and told the lady that's calling out orders that I'm back, she told packers but no one packed my bucket as I could see the packer from where I was standing. I asked the lady (Natalie) to go check my order and that was 5pm already, the packer told her there's not enough portions so I must wait for another 6min. Told them I'm already late as my bus leaves at 5pm. To cut the long story short the manager told me I can't get refund as I need to provide bank statement 1st. I then waited and after a long wait she then packed 9piece😔 I'm now sitting at the bus terminus without my money nor my 21 piece bucket. Poor service from management to cashiers!
