Weak service and bad food

Yesterday on 04-07-2018 at 20:15 I went to kfc in Ga-Rankuwa. Due to the dismal service I left the store at 21:04 and the store wasn't even full with only one customer in front of me and no one behind me. As per usual I didn't get what I wanted, I just took what was seemingly available at the time which is always the case with this store. I was assisted by Makenosi. I have had enough complaints about this store and now they are one customer down, I'd rather drive 10 km for good service than 1 km for this **** at KFC Ga-Rankuwa.
