We pay for things we don't receive

I can see this business does not reply to it's customers. It's fine just do something about the KFC in Cosmo city by the shell garage. I ordered food via Uber eats few months back and it was missing my soft drink. The driver did back and forths until we were both frustrated and I took the food without the drink.

September 26th we did a drive thru ordered all star boxes. We waited a full hour where as we were told ten min.

Oct 10 I did a drive thru for 9 pieces and when I got home I have only 8 pieces.

I genuinely have no idea what they have against me.

Sort this place out. Management is lacking
